APEX Hybrid 60° Spray Injector
The Atomizer APEX Hybrid 60° Spray Injector is engineered to solve one of the most common limitations in electronic fuel injection—loss of directional fuel targeting. By integrating a true 60° spray pattern into a high-performance EFI injector, Atomizer delivers valve-focused fuel delivery traditionally only achievable with mechanical systems.
This hybrid design directs fuel precisely at the intake valve, improving atomization, combustion efficiency, and cylinder-to-cylinder consistency under high-load conditions. The result is faster burn rates, improved throttle response, and more stable power delivery across the RPM range.
Built on the APEX platform, this injector is designed for extreme horsepower applications utilizing methanol or nitromethane fuels. The enlarged 28 mm body houses an expanded electromagnetic coil and oversized pintle, increasing magnetic force and reducing latency. This allows for faster injector actuation and more accurate fuel metering at both low pulsewidths and high duty cycles.
Each injector is statically and dynamically calibrated to ensure linear fuel delivery across varying pressures and operating conditions. This level of calibration ensures predictable tuning and repeatable performance from idle through wide-open throttle.

Performance Characteristics
